Technical Project Manager

Our integrated Design and Technology teams help enterprises reimagine their products and services – from strategy, consumer research and insights, to service and experience design, technology implementation, integration, launch, and beyond.Discover opportunities to work with bright and passionate teams on challenging projects, learn and master the latest automotive software and digital technologies, and grow with us.We are looking for bright and passionate TPMs who are familiar with:• Manage a team of developers/ data collectors• Manage day-to-day operations• Participate in resource planning, and tracking the progress• Create quarterly and long-term plans, establish and monitor KPIs• Become a knowledge expert on OEM mapping content pipeline• Constantly review processes for efficiency and assess the standards for the content deliverables• Motivate and mentor direct reports to execute and deliverQualifications• 3+ years’ experience in people management• Experience in ADAS/ Maps/ Perception/ Navigation/ GIS• Experience with planning, scheduling, and executing cross-functional projects• Excellent organizational and communication skillsSalary: 90-140K annually based on experience Tata Elxsi offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
