Following the success of Michelin-recognized restaurants in San Francisco, HED NYC brings a refined and deeply personal interpretation of Thai cuisine to New York through a seasonal 5-course tasting menu rooted in the spirit of Thai shared dining. Our kitchen focuses on precision, seasonality, technique, and hospitality while honoring the bold flavors and traditions of Thailand in a contemporary fine dining setting. We are currently building our opening Back of House team and are seeking passionate hospitality professionals who want to grow in a focused, respectful, and ambitious kitchen environment.
