Role descriptionJob Overview:We are seeking a skilled D365 CE Technical or Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team on a staff augmentation basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed environment while aligning with EST working hours.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and customize solutions within D365 CECollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirementsConfigure and implement D365 CE modules and integrationsProvide technical support and troubleshoot system issuesEnsure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and timelinesKey Requirements:Strong technical or techno-functional experience in D365 CEHands-on experience with customization, configuration, and integration within Dynamics 365 CEGood understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate is a plus)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work in EST (New York) time zone, regardless of locationOther detailsSalary range $80500 to $157500
