You’ll play an integral part in maintaining aseamless showroom experience while supporting communication, coordination, andoverall flow between clients, dealer partners, and internal teams.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is lookingto grow within a high-end, client-driven business.Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom Support & Client InteractionWelcome and assist visitors, creating a professional and well-managed showroom environmentProvide high-level guidance to clients and answer general questionsEnsure a smooth and professional experience throughout each client interactionStep in to support the team during peak periods or scheduling conflictsClient & Dealer CoordinationServe as a point of contact for customer and dealer communicationCapture and organize key project information to support next stepsHelp maintain a well-paced, organized showroom flow throughout the dayDealer Order & Communication SupportAssist Sales with Showroom Tours, Lead Qualifications, and provide CRM SupportAssist Sales with sample requests, documentation, and follow-up communicationSupport Sales in post-order needs including updates, questions, and issue trackingOperational Support & ExecutionMaintain accurate notes and follow-ups within internal systemsCoordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Warehouse, etc.)Prepare and send basic documents such as order confirmations and updatesMaintain organized records and ensure consistent follow-throughProduct & Process DevelopmentDevelop a strong working knowledge of products, showroom layout, and dealer offeringsContinuously build familiarity with internal systems, processes, and workflowsApply learned knowledge to support client conversations and improve efficiency over timeWhat We’re Looking ForThis role requires someone who is both people-oriented and detail-driven, with a strongability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate is:Polished and professional, with strong interpersonal instinctsNaturally service-oriented, with a strong awareness of the client experienceHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughProactive and able to anticipate needs within a dynamic environmentA clear communicator who remains calm and confident under pressureCurious and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly pick up product knowledge, systems, and processesThis role is not responsible for closing sales but plays a key part in supporting theoverall client experience and ensuring the showroom operates efficiently.Qualifications1–3+ years of experience in customer service, showroom, retail, or administrative rolesStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable learning and using internal systems/CRM toolsInterest in interiors, cabinetry, or design is a plus, but not requiredCompensation$18 – $23 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsWhy This Role MattersThis role is essential to maintaining the quality and consistency of the showroomexperience.
