QuickBooks Data Entry Clerk

Data Entry Clerk (With QuickBooks Experience)Pay:$15.00 - $20.00 DOE Hours:8:00am - 5:00pm, may go to part time (20-30hrs/week) based on business needs. Location:Akron, OH PrideStaff is assisting an Automotive client located in Akron in their search for a Data Entry Clerk who is skilled in QuickBooks, preferably QuickBooks Enterprise Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition. Applicants must be highly organized and detail-oriented. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input, maintain, and manage large volumes of data into our systems, with a specific focus on record-keeping and inventory management within QuickBooks. Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately and efficiently input a high volume of data from various sources into internal databases and software. Managing and updating inventory records in QuickBooks, including stock levels, product codes, costs, and transfer logs. Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems for easy data retrieval. Verifying data accuracy and completeness by cross-referencing information and resolving discrepancies. Generating reports and summaries as needed by management. Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations. Qualifications and SkillsProven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role. Demonstrated proficiency and experience using QuickBooks Enterprise, preferably Manufacturing and Wholesale edition. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets). Excellent typing speed and 10-key proficiency with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
