Our high-growth client in the environmental and waste services industry is seeking an energetic, articulate, and highly motivated Outside Sales Representatives to drive continued expansion within their commercial waste collection services.This is a full-cycle B2B sales role that requires strong prospecting skills, resilience, and a genuine hunter mentality. In the first year, the primary focus will be building a sustainable customer base through consistent outbound activity. Ideal candidates are comfortable making 20+ targeted calls per day, generating leads, setting appointments, conducting presentations, negotiating terms, and closing new contracts.By the second year, the role shifts toward deepening existing relationships, expanding accounts, securing renewals, and continuing to grow new business through proactive outreach and consultative engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and qualify new commercial clients through targeted outbound calling, networking, and field-based outreachConduct onsite and virtual presentations that effectively communicate service offerings and competitive advantagesDevelop proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close new business to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goalsMaintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline activity and account information within the CRMPartner with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new accountsBuild and nurture long-term client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retentionExpand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account managementMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategy
