Seeking an Analytical Laboratory Professional tosupport laboratory operations and analytical testing for EPA and AIHA accredited programs.This role requires a strong foundation inOccupational Hygiene or Environmental Analyses , along with hands-on experience inadvanced analytical techniquesand a commitment to quality, compliance, and scientific excellence. The successful candidate will contribute to the generation of reliable, high-quality data in support of laboratory and business objectives.Responsibilities:
Performanalytical testing in support of occupational hygiene and environmental laboratory programs.
Analyze, document, and troubleshoot assays usingHPLC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, ELISA , and related techniques.
Performmethod development, optimization, validation, and verification .
Conduct analysis oflarge molecule samples and complex matricesas required.
Maintainquality system compliance , standard operating procedures, and alignment with accreditation policies.
Ensuredata integritythrough accurate documentation, review, and reporting of results.
Participate in investigations, deviation assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action activities.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across scientific, quality, and operational functions.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support the application of innovative tools, including generative AI, where appropriate and compliant.Skills:
Experience inoccupational hygiene, environmental analysis, or a related analytical laboratoryenvironment.
Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following platforms:liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, ELISA, and large molecule analysis .
Working knowledge ofGxPprinciples and quality systems management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and data integrity.Preferred skills:
Experience working in aregulated laboratoryorquality-driven environment .
Familiarity withmethod development and validation .
Exposure todata analysistools,automation, or emerging technologiessupporting laboratory efficiency.
