We are seeking career-minded professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.ResponsibilitiesManage Warehouse.Offload delivery truck.Track and schedule project timelines.Place and submit orders from suppliers.Work collaboratively with a team.Answer incoming calls and input, track, and maintain prospects and client informationStage all jobs 48–72 hours before Day 1Pull, label, and organize all materials, doors, hardware, and consumablesVerify accuracy against the Scope of Work and selectionsIdentify missing or incorrect items and coordinate reordersPrepare staging bins and ensure installers have everything needed to avoid mid‑job warehouse visitsMaintain a clean, organized staging areaWarehouse OperationsReceive, inspect, and log all incoming materialsMaintain inventory of tools, consumables, and suppliesKeep the warehouse clean, safe, and optimized for workflowManage returns, damaged items, and vendor follow‑upsTrack and restock consumables proactively Scheduling & Contractor Coordination Call customers to schedule jobs.Check in daily on jobs.Call installers and subcontractors to confirm availability and assign jobsCommunicate job details, start times, and staging statusAdjust schedules for delays, customer changes, or material issuesQualificationsExperience in warehouse operations, construction, or home improvement preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsComfortable making scheduling calls and coordinating contractorsBasic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)Ability to lift 50–75 lbsClear, professional communicationHigh School Diploma or GEDCompensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourKitchen Tune-Up Uplifts People’s LivesKitchen Tune-Up is a kitchen design and remodeling franchise system of committed professionals.
