Job Title : Senior Business Systems Analyst – AI-Orchestrated Workflows & Digital Workforce (Commercial Banking) Experience : 8+ Years Location : Hybrid – Iselin NJ / Johnston RI Role Summary This BSA will design and enable AI-orchestrated workflows, integrating automation, AI agents, and human decision points to reduce cycle times and enable workforce upskilling.
