Sync Licensing Manager

Company and Role DescriptionDos Brains, a music house specializing in film and game trailer music, is looking for a free-lance music licensing professional to complement its team as Sync Licensing Manager. This will be a work-from-home opportunity, but the preferred candidate will be based in Los Angeles. This is a commission-based position with a monthly retainer.The Sync Licensing Manager will work directly with the owners and actively connect with existing clients, develop new client relationships, pitch music, curate playlists, and handle licensing requests.Requirements and Qualifications·     +2 years of experience in music licensing, preferably in trailers.·     Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.·     Excellent interpersonal and management skills in a multi-tasking environment.·     Works collaboratively and proactively on multi-functional teams.·     Open to feedback.·     Results-oriented.·     Creative problem-solving skills.·     Ability to work under pressure and be deadline-driven.·     Confident and motivated self-starter.
