Job Description To complete work orders and general apartment repairs To troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA Type II or Universal required) To assist with unit turns and make-ready tasks To perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs To maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas Required Qualifications Apartment maintenance experience EPA Type II or Universal certification Ability to use hand and power tools (personal tools required) Knowledge of common apartment maintenance repairs Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Own vehicle Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM $23/hr Contract to hire Benefits Through BGSF Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance options (where eligible) PTO or sick leave where required by state/local law Referral bonus opportunities About BGSF BGSF specializes in property management staffing, connecting qualified professionals with apartment communities nationwide for temporary, contract, and long-term opportunities.
