Property Name: Orion on Orpington Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Pick up grounds and trash at buildings (walk all floors)Remove all trash and belongings from vacant apartments (all floors)Move furniture (up and down stairs)punch apartments (small maintenance tasks) to get apartments ready for new tenants such as checking and changing light bulbs, gloves, fixtures, ballasts, blinds and air filtersLight plumbing repair on sinks, toilets and bathtubsTightening towel bars and toilet seats' installing shower rodsReplacing drip pans and burners on range; caulking; etc,May clean buildings/unitsWalking units- inspecting for damages and/or ensuring move in ready condition Physical requirements:Ability to push, lift, pull and carry up to 75 poundsAbility to use hands and fingersAbility to bend, stop and crawlAbility to walk and climb stairs Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
