How You Will Make an Impact Supervise and mentor field employees to ensure all carpentry work meets elite quality standards. Coordinate daily onsite operations to keep residential and commercial projects moving on schedule. Execute complex framing, finishing, and structural tasks with precision and professional mastery. Model company values on every jobsite to promote a culture of excellence and accountability. Inspect completed work regularly to identify and correct any deviations from project plans. Monitor material usage and tool inventory to maintain an efficient and cost-effective jobsite. Collaborate with Project Managers to provide real-time updates on field progress and labor needs. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of professional carpentry experience in a residential or commercial setting. Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew of field employees effectively. Deep technical knowledge of wood properties, power tools, and construction hardware. Ability to read and accurately interpret architectural blueprints and structural layouts. Strong commitment to jobsite safety and the ability to enforce safety protocols. Preferred Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience acting as a Lead Carpenter or Field Foreman on multi-week projects.
