Engraving Assistant

The daily duties consist of collaborating with other employees to organize and prepare customer orders. Other duties include providing customer service by responding to phone calls and emails. Hardworking and extreme attention to detail are essential qualities needed to be successful in this position. This position requires basic computer experience, precision measurement and math skills and customer service skills.
