This role strengthens how Pabst shows up with retailers by transforming market, shopper, and brand performance data into simple, compelling stories. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Brand, and the Insights & Intelligence Team lead to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and support retailer initiatives. Operating within a lean, integrated Insights team, this role blends analytics, commercial thinking, and storytelling to help the organization make faster, smarter, and more informed decisions.What We Offer:Care : comprehensive health care plans, a 401(k) match contribution with immediate vesting, Paid Parental Leave, Short-term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and much, much more...note all benefits are subject to plan rules and, if applicable, waiting periodsNourishment : for your soul with our casual, yet driven work environment, and for your brain with challenges and cross-functional collaborationWhat you\'ll do:Build retailer-ready category stories and insights presentations that strengthen Pabst's credibility with key accountsAnalyze syndicated and retailer data to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and growth opportunities across brands, packs, channels, and retailersCollaborate with Sales, Shopper Marketing, and Finance to support Joint Business Planning (JBP) with actionable, insight-led recommendations for assortment, pricing, shelving, and promotion strategiesMonitor competitive activity, category shifts, and macro retail trends; communicate implications clearly to leadershipDevelop and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards that simplify reporting and focus on insights that matter; Shifting the team from data production to insight-driven storytellingSupport leadership visibility by contributing concise insights to performance readouts, executive summaries and retailer-facing updatesWhat you\'ll need:5+ years of experience in Category Management, Retail Insights, or similar analytics roles within CPGHands-on experience with syndicated data sources (NIQ, Circana) and retailer data portalsStrong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets to deliver insigh-let recommendationsAbility to turn data into simple, visual insights for Sales, Brand and LeadershipAdvanced excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools a plusStrong communication, collaboration and time management skillsStrategic, forward-thinking mindsetHigh collaboration across cross-functional teamsExceptional communication and storytelling skills that simplify complexitySelf-starter mindset – able to prioritize independently and thrive without micromanagementCommercial acumen with an understanding of retailer needs, category dynamics and price/promo driversAdvanced analytical capability with the ability to connect trends to business actionIf this is you please apply now!This is a remote position, however, regular quarterly travel to San Antonio, TX will be required.
