Production Supervisor (1st Shift)Position: Direct hire Onsite Location: Edgewood, NY Shift: Monday Friday | 6:00 AM 2:30 PM ET Industry: Production / Manufacturing / Mail Operations Category: Operations / LeadershipWe are seeking a Production Supervisor for the Edgewood, NY facility. Reporting to the Manager of Production Operations, this role oversees insertion operations and ensures all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with client clients are met in the most cost-efficient manner. This position is responsible for managing a team of up to 40 full-time associates and temporary staff, prioritizing all client mailings on the production floor, and ensuring SEC and contractual requirements are met. The Production Supervisor monitors production lines to maximize throughput, minimize labor costs, and coordinate resources across departments while maintaining high-quality and safety standards.
