The work we do building families offers purpose, challenge, and personal reward—and we’re just getting started.Opportunity OverviewWe have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Representative to join our team at IVF Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotating weekend and holidays (1 to 2 Saturdays per month) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.How You’ll ContributeAt US Fertility, collaboration is fundamental to how we work. Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you’ll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the Patient Services Representative will:Welcome patients and visitors to the officeAnswer and assist all incoming telephone callsSchedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system and conducting follow-up calls when necessaryProvide timely and accurate information and quality customer service to incoming patient inquiriesMaintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information What You’ll BringWe’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and Skills Include:High school diploma; Associates degree preferredMinimum of 1 year experience in a hospital or medical office settingExtensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billingWomen's health, OB/GYN, or Fertility experience preferredKnowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suiteAbility to communicate accurately and conciselyExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an ever-changing environmentMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
