Job TitleDuties & Responsibilities:Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Welcome and greet guestsAnswer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant servicesPrepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make changePerform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by managementMonitor guests' dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food and serviceRespond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managersHelp maintain restaurant cleanlinessFollow the closing checklist to close the restaurant properlyAttend all scheduled team member meetingsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required.
