DOE Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Colorado Springs location Contract with potential for extension ✈️ Exposure to adynamic, aviation-focused environment Work acrossleases, contracts, and real estate operations What You’ll Be Doing: Manage and supportleases, permits, licenses, and contractstied to facility and tenant use Review development plans and ensurecompliance with agreements and regulations Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on projects and property use Conducttenant compliance inspectionsand monitor improvements Track and report onrevenue streams and operational performance Prepare reports, maps, and documentation to support ongoing operations What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Public Administration, or related field 3+ years of experiencein property management, contracts, leasing, or related work Ability toread, interpret, and manage contracts and agreements Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in aregulated, compliance-driven environment Nice to Have: Experience inaviation, transportation, or infrastructure environments Background inreal estate, land use, or facilities management Familiarity with regulatory compliance and multi-stakeholder coordination Additional Notes: Role will require abackground check aligned with federal security standards Ideal for someone who enjoysstructured environments, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination
