Fira Health is building an AI-native physical care platform, starting with home health. We're tackling one of the biggest problems in US healthcare: administrative waste and care access. By automating operational complexity with AI, we're creating a fundamentally different cost structure that allows us to serve patients who are often left untreated today. Fira is already operating with significantly stronger gross margins than traditional providers and is scaling rapidly. We're now hiring one of our first dedicated Senior Technical Recruiters to help build the engineering organisation from the ground up. The role You'll own end-to-end recruiting for highly technical roles across: AI/MLInfrastructureBackend engineeringFull-stack engineeringDataEngineering leadership As Fira expands into new states and our technical surface area grows, building a high-calibre engineering team is one of our top priorities. You'll partner directly with engineering leadership, build repeatable hiring systems, and create a consistent outbound engine that helps us attract exceptional technical talent. What you'll do Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and closeBuild a sustainable outbound sourcing engine for high-calibre technical candidatesPartner with engineering leaders to define roles, calibrate talent, and design interview loopsMaintain a consistently high hiring bar as the company scalesImprove candidate experience across every stage of the processBuild the foundations of the recruiting function, including clean data and reporting in AshbyIdentify bottlenecks and improve recruiting efficiency over time Who you are You're a strong fit if you:Have experience recruiting for highly technical engineering rolesAre comfortable sourcing and closing passive candidatesEnjoy partnering directly with deeply technical teamsCan run searches end-to-end with urgency and precisionTake pride in building repeatable hiring systems, not just filling rolesAre comfortable carrying ambitious hiring targets in a fast-moving environment Compensation This is a hybrid role in San Francisco with very strong compensation $180k - $200k+ base salary, plus equity and bonus upside.
