Customer Service Representative III - 1st Shift, M-F

Job DescriptionTOP REQUIREMENTS:Intermediate user of MS Excel and other MS Office Suite productsAbility to multitaskDispatching and scheduling multiple truck routes efficiently, while maximizing customer needsClerical skills: documenting information correctly, data entry, file managementCommunication skills: Answering phones, and returning emails on time, in a professional mannerExperience in manufacturing or similar industriesExperience in fleet managementESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Schedule and dispatch drivers and equipment to appropriate locations according to customer requests, route specifications and plant needs using route sheets and telephones.Communicate with maintenance and arrange for necessary repairs in order to maintain equipment.Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from drivers and supervisors using telephones or two-way radios.Confer with customers, supervising personnel, and sales in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service and equipment.Prepare daily work and run/route schedules.Receive customer/sales service requests and prepare route assignments.Oversee all communications within specifically assigned territories.Monitor personnel and/or equipment to maximize service and schedules.Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, or services performed.Determine amounts of vehicles and drivers required according to customer requests or route specifications.Ensure timely and efficient movement of materials according to work orders and schedules.Order supplies and equipment and issue them to personnel as needed.Company DescriptionOur vision is to become and remain the unparalleled leader in talent acquisition and staffing solutions by providing white glove service for our clients.Our vision is to become and remain the unparalleled leader in talent acquisition and staffing solutions by providing white glove service for our clients.
