Pharmacist Location: Peridot, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,266 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position Job Title: Pharmacy Retail Supervisor Profession: Pharmacy Retail Supervisor Specialty: Pharmacist Duration: 26 weeks Shift: 5x8.0 Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: - Five years of professional experience with two years of management experience - Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred including 1-year residency License: - Current and valid state Pharmacy license required Certifications: - BLS certification within 30 days of hire Must-Have: - Pharmacy experience in a hospital setting preferred - Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred Description: Direct, manage, and supervise daily administrative operations to ensure the highest quality service response and delivery consistent with established professional, regulatory, and governmental standards. Develop operational and financial outcome measures, related tracking and monitoring systems, and integrate efforts into organization-wide Quality Improvement systems. Direct, implement, and evaluate the development of departmental, functional, and/or service-related policies and procedures. Proactively assess program, service, and functional effectiveness; consistently develop and facilitate continuous process improvement. Develop and supervise staff by providing timely feedback and utilizing appropriate Human Resource policies to facilitate professional growth. Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate computer-based information and dispensing systems to ensure ongoing efficiency and accuracy of data capture. Develop, manage, and supervise purchasing and inventory management functions to ensure cost-effective inventory management while providing timely availability of pharmaceuticals and related products. Facilitate the professional growth of staff by accurately assessing learning needs and coordinating learning opportunities. Prepare monthly progress and operational reports; identify areas of improvement, concern, and recommendations. Participate in departmental orientation, on-the-job training, and quality assurance programs. Engage in a variety of educational programs to maintain current skill and competency levels.
