The choice is yours!$141,000 (plus variable comp + quarterly bonus as described below)Key responsibilities:This is a player/coach role and this person will be responsible for working with clients and overseeing team members.Hold team members accountable to systems/processesServe as 1st layer of manager to team, assisting with all client matters including upgrades, escalations, etcHelping team members work through client work when they get stuckWorking with Team Leads in other departments to improve alignment on clientsWork with the Director of Fractionals to improve systems & processes by passing information gained through 1/1's
