You will translate complex, technical offerings across data sourcing, privacy, linkage, and real-world evidence into clear, compelling narratives, while driving end-to-end go-to-market strategy. In a lean, cross-functional environment, you'll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to shape messaging, influence roadmap, and deliver impactful launches that drive growth.What You Will Do:Lead the strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for Datavant's data connectivity products.Own the end-to-end product marketing function, including messaging/positioning, segmentation, launches, sales enablement, and market intelligence.Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Solutions leadership to translate complex offerings into clear, differentiated value propositions for customers across healthcare, life sciences, and ecosystem stakeholders.Drive category leadership by shaping narratives around data connectivity, privacy-preserving linkage, and real-world data.Establish repeatable GTM processes and ensures tight alignment between product strategy and revenue outcomes.Act as the voice of the market internally and the voice of the product externally.In this role, you can expect to:Define and evolve Datavant's product positioning, messaging, and narrative across key customer segments and verticalsLead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and partnershipsPartner with Product to influence roadmap based on market needs, customer insights, and competitive dynamicsEnable Sales and Customer Success with clear value propositions, content, and tools that drive pipeline and expansionDevelop and maintain deep understanding of customers, buyers, and competitors to inform strategyDrive category creation and thought leadership in data connectivity, interoperability, and privacy-preserving data exchangeEstablish and operationalize GTM processes, ensuring consistency and quality across launchesTrack and analyze performance of messaging and launches, iterating based on data and feedbackWhat You Need to Succeed:5-7 years of experience in product marketing, with leadership experience in B2B technology or healthcare/data platformsProven track record of leading successful go-to-market strategies and driving measurable business impactStrong ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling messagingExperience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional leaders across Product, Sales, and executive leadership in a fast-paced environmentDeep customer empathy and experience conducting market, user, and competitive researchExceptional written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with healthcare, life sciences, data infrastructure, or privacy-preserving technologies is strongly preferredAnalytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions and measure success#LI-BC1We are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are all responsible for stewarding a high-performance culture in which all Datavanters belong and thrive.
