Core competencies include triage and clinical assessment, enabling the nurse to evaluate and prioritize employee injuries or illnesses effectively. Immunization administration, audiometry, spirometry, and phlebotomy are essential for preventive care and health monitoring. Proficiency in CPR/AED and emergency response ensures readiness for workplace incidents. Nurses must also be well-versed in OSHA compliance, ergonomics, and case management, supporting regulatory adherence and injury prevention. Strong communication skills, health education, and the ability to manage electronic health records (EHR) are crucial for coordinating care and promoting wellness in the workforce.Position Responsibilities:Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operationsResponsible for securing and developing all records, equipment, and programs related to occupational health servicesProvide or manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirements; such as OSHA, Department of Transportation, CDC, etc.Assess healthcare needs, then implement and manage healthcare programs to improve health and facilitate return to workMaintain OSHA records/ reports and worker medical filesAssist departments with identifying, evaluating, and implementing accommodations and return to work options for workers with restricted dutyCollaborate with Environmental Health and Safety, Operations, and Human Resources to develop operations, programs, and services by providing content expertise.Contribute in the design of controls for injury prevention and health surveillance related to actual and potential hazards in the work environment.Identify primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention and health promotion strategies to optimize health of the population.Secures patient information and maintains patient confidentiality · Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulationsDocument patient data in electronic medical database(s), as applicable per standard protocolsQualificationsJQualificationsActive and in good standing state nursing license as a registered nurseOccupational Health and Case Management experience preferred2+ years of experience working in a health care fieldBasic understanding of federal and state regulations applicable to occupational and environmental health and safetyProficient in the use of electronic medical record keeping systemsBLS certifiedStrong customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalismAdditional InformationMon-Friday 1st Shift, No weekend or holiday workWhat we offer:Comprehensive medical coverage, with dental and vision optionsLife and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and vacationEurofins Lancaster Laboratories Professional Scientific Services (PSS) is a global, award-winning insourcing solution that places our people at our clients' site dedicated to running and managing laboratory services while eliminating headcount, co-employment and project-management worries.#LI-EB1Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
