Job Description Firehawk Restoration & Plumbing is a veteran-owned company looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our restoration and plumbing divisions throughout North Georgia and Metro Atlanta.This is a relationship-focused role centered around:commercial accounts,property managers,insurance agents,plumbers,real estate professionals,multifamily properties,and local business networking.We are building a one-stop-shop emergency response company that combines plumbing and water mitigation services.What You'll DoBuild relationships with property managers, commercial clients, and referral partnersSet appointments and generate new business opportunitiesVisit commercial properties and local businessesAttend networking events and community outreach opportunitiesHelp grow both plumbing and restoration divisionsMaintain follow-up communication with prospects and clientsWork closely with ownership and operations teamsWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication and people skillsSelf-motivated and dependableComfortable with in-person networking and relationship buildingSales or business development experience preferredExperience in restoration, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, real estate, or construction is a plusValid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensationBase pay + commission opportunitiesPerformance bonuses availableGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyAbout UsFirehawk Restoration & Plumbing is a veteran-owned company focused on rapid emergency response, customer service, and long-term client relationships.
