Transportation Structural EngineerMorgantown, WV OfficeJob Summary:The EADS Group, Inc. which began operation in 1955 is actively seeking a Transportation Structural Engineer to be part of our growing multi-discipline consulting engineering firm. As part of this growth we are accepting applications to work at our Morgantown, WV office.Here's what you'll need:• A minimum of 4 years of structure design experience with transportation structures including bridges, drainage structures, retaining walls, and sign and traffic signal structures.• Familiarity with PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission or WVDOT design standards and deliverables is desired.• Proficiency with use of structural modeling software and AutoCAD is desired.• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and licensed as a Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or the State of West Virginia or the ability to obtain licensure within one year.• Excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to effectively work within a team environment is required.Here's what we'd like to see:• Experience with highway drainage and storm water management design; erosion and sedimentation control design; and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and report preparation is a plus.*Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
