Job Title: Senior Estimator / Director of Preconstruction - Federal / DoD ProjectsLocation: United States (Travel as Needed)Job Type: Full-TimeCompensation: Competitive Salary + Bonus + BenefitsJob Overview:We are seeking a Senior Estimator / Director of Preconstruction with 10-15 years of experience working for a General Contractor on institutional and federal (DoD) construction projects. This individual will play a critical leadership role in preconstruction, budgeting, and client development for projects ranging from $20M to $70M.
