Pre-Production Clerk (6 Month Temporary Assignment)

Order Processing / Logistics Associate (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity)Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Consistent Schedule) Rate: $20.00 an hour Join a clean, structured, and team-oriented environment with a predictable weekday schedule. Primary Duties Receive incoming frames, tracings, and tint samples electronically and route them appropriately Verify order information and make corrections in accordance with company guidelines Maintain an organized and clean workstation Use computer systems to log frames into applicable trays/orders Receive and process incoming deliveries Secondary Duties Assist Tracing team when needed Cross-train and support other departments as directed by leadership Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required One-year certification from a college/technical school OR two years of related experience OR equivalent combination Optical experience (tracing, blocking, edging, final inspection) is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent hand use, reaching, and fine motor skills Lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, or use of ladders Strong attention to detail and close vision focus Work Environment & Safety Clean, organized production environment Moderate to loud noise levels with moving machinery PPE required (closed-toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves, long sleeves) Strong adherence to workplace safety standards By applying and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive an initial text from Hoya Vision Care (opt-out available; message/data rates may apply).
