Chiropractor Maple Shade NJ (10 miles E of Philadelphia)Urgently Hiring4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Maple Shade, NJ. We are a family chiropractic practice that focuses on helping others reach their optimal potential. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is experienced in Torque Release Technique, and Webster Certified but we can provide training if needed. Our goal is to free individuals and families of their burdening health concerns, which will allow them to reach their optimal potential.Duties:Perform initial exams and re-exams- palpation exams, orthopedic tests (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)Take and review Diagnostic X-raysEvaluate findings and determine diagnosisDevelop and prepare appropriate treatment plansPatient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued chiropractic careTreatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments (Torque Release, Diversified and Webster), rehab and various therapies and modalitiesSupervise and advise Chiropractic Assistants on patient care, exercises, and rehabDocumentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)Work cooperatively with team, chiropractic assistants, and other support staff for comprehensive patient carePatient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- regular reevaluationsRequirements: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)Active Chiropractic license in NJTorque Release and Webster certified preferredSchedule:Full time Mon- Thursday with Friday morning team meetings 2 times/monthCompensation (range): $86k-$93k (base plus bonus compensation)Benefits:Bonus CompensationHealth insurance2 weeks PTO401kOpportunities for advancement with paid training and mentorshipJoin us on our mission to make South Jersey a healthier community for present and future generations to come.
