Location: Morristown, NJ (4 days onsite), must be localDuration: 6 Months (Contract-to-hire)Rate: 75/hr w2Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-First) – Short Job Description10+ years of Full Stack Development experience.Strong experience with C#/.NET, Python, REST APIs, and microservices.Frontend development using React (preferred) or Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git/GitHub.Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, BLOB storage, and event-driven architectures.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, application deployment, and DevOps practices.Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize secure, scalable banking applications.Financial Services experience required; Commercial Banking, Consumer Banking, Lending, or Payments preferred.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
