Job DetailsDescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 8+ years expertise in Microsoft technologies, including .NET (C#), Azure, and modern web frameworks such as Blazor. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating across cross-functional Agile teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET C# and modern web frameworks (e.g., Blazor).Build, maintain and integrate cloud-native applications leveraging Microsoft Azure services.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Write efficient, best practice driven, maintainable code.Perform estimates, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.Utilize Git for source control.Perform documentation in Confluence.Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of full stack development experience.Strong expertise in .NET and C#.Experience with front-end development frameworks (Blazor preferred).Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, APIs).Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, or AI-assisted development tools.Experience with Cursor IDE or similar AI coding tools.Experience with Python development.Experience with enterprise service and project platforms such as Jira and ServiceNow.Exposure to enterprise ERP systems and integrations such as SAP and Salesforce.Tools & TechnologiesLanguages: C#, SQL, JavaScript, PythonFrameworks: .NET, Blazor, ASP.NET Web APIsCloud: Microsoft AzureDevelopment: Visual Studio, Git, CursorAgile/Service Tools: Jira, ServiceNowAI Tools: Cursor, Co-Pilot, Microsoft FoundrySoft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamAbility to work and coordinate and communicate clearly with product owners and PMO.Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWork EnvironmentThis role operates in an Agile development environment with cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams. The Position will be based in our Greenville, SC HQ.CompensationCompensation Range: $98,000 - $125,000Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
