You won't be starting cold — we bring an existing book of enterprise client relationships and a proven operational infrastructure. What we need is a recruiting leader with the expertise, process, and drive to stand up a world-class engineering talent pipeline.You will define the recruiting methodology, build candidate networks, engage our existing clients on engineering needs, and set the standard for how Elite Source recruits in this space.What You'll DoDesign and implement a full-cycle recruiting strategy for engineering disciplinesSource, screen, and place candidates across roles including Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Revit Designers, CAD Designers, Structural Engineers, and related technical disciplinesPartner with existing Elite Source clients (Fortune 500 to SMB) to identify and fulfill engineering staffing needsBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active engineering talentDevelop job descriptions, intake processes, and candidate evaluation frameworks tailored to engineering rolesTrack and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and division growthCollaborate with leadership to set division goals, refine service offerings, and scale the team over timeRepresent Elite Source at industry events, associations, and professional networks within the engineering communityWho We're Looking ForWe are looking for a recruiter with a genuine passion for engineering talent and the experience to build something from scratch. You don't need to bring a book of business — our client relationships are already in place.
