This role involves generating high-quality proprietary data to enhance large language models, specifically focusing on simulating multi-turn conversations where agents utilize function-calling tools to solve user goals. The candidate will craft dialogues by acting as both the user and the assistant, incorporating tool use to guide complex decision-making. This work directly contributes to advancing agentic capabilities in cutting-edge AI systems.Key Responsibilities:• Simulate high-quality multi-turn conversations between users and smart assistants that leverage function-calling tools to accomplish specific user objectives.• Play both roles in dialogues—user and assistant—while accurately simulating tool use, including function selection, parameter passing, and state management.• Ensure generated dialogues align with defined agent behaviors, task completion metrics, and real-world problem-solving scenarios.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine evaluation datasets for benchmarking model performance against competitors.• Maintain detailed documentation of generated data, including edge cases, tool interactions, and reasoning pathways for model fine-tuning.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Proficiency in Python with experience in data generation, processing, or annotation for AI training purposes.• Strong understanding of large language models, agent systems, and function-calling workflows in AI applications.• Familiarity with JavaScript or similar scripting languages for simulating user-assistant interactions and tool integrations.• Ability to design and execute structured dialogue scenarios that test agent reasoning, decision-making, and tool utilization.• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks or datasets is a plus, particularly in conversational AI or agent-based systems.More About the Opportunity:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization in the Artificial Intelligence industry, contributing directly to the advancement of next-generation language models.
