We are actively seeking a driven and ambitious Loan Officer / Account Manager to join our expanding Long Island team. Key Responsibilities
Convert Leads: Manage and close company-provided leads while aggressively sourcing new business through your own network.
Structure Deals: Learn to evaluate real estate projects, structure loans creatively, and guide borrowers from application to closing.
Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with real estate investors, brokers, and referral sources.
Manage Pipeline: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and move deals forward efficiently.
Qualifications
Sales Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience is required.
Industry Knowledge: Background in private lending, mortgage, or real estate finance is highly preferred.
The Right Mindset: You are self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrive in a commission-based, "hunter" environment.
Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM software.
Commute: Must be able to work full-time, in-office in Carle Place, NY.
