Client Service Specialist
Position OverviewSummit Financial Solutions provides a full range of investment and financial services to a high-net-worth client base. We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to support a team of Financial Advisors across multiple books of business.This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience. The right candidate is professional, tech-savvy, highly organized, and a proactive problem solver. Industry experience is not required.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Account Support• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs via phone, email, and in person• Process and monitor client account requests within internal systems• Prepare and submit new account paperwork and follow transactions through completion• Assist with money movement transactions such as transfers, rollovers, and distributions• Prepare financial reports, meeting agendas, and documentation for client meetings• Follow up proactively to ensure requests are completed accurately and timely• Maintain accurate client records and documentationAdvisor & Team Support• Provide day-to-day support to multiple Financial Advisors• Manage competing priorities and deadlines • Assist with special projects and office initiatives as needed• Support office coverage, including phones and client reception when necessary________________________________________QualificationsEducation & Experience• High School Diploma or equivalent required• College degree preferred• Financial services industry experience is not required, but a plusSkills & Attributes• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)• Self-starter who can work independently and anticipate needs• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude________________________________________What We Offer• Annual Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (commensurate with experience)• Work/Life Balance – Flexible culture within a small business environment• Paid time off (vacation and sick leave)• Paid parental leave after one year of employment• Retirement plan with employer match________________________________________Schedule• Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AZ Time)• This is an in-person position and requires physical presence in the office• Flexible scheduling may be available after tenure and based on office coverage________________________________________Location Requirement• Tempe, AZ 85284 – Must reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to start date________________________________________How to ApplyFill out an online application here (copy/paste link into browser): https://pjadvisorgroup.notion.site/3130f1ecb2b48091b409f619baea5306?pvs=105
