We’re looking for someone who brings both technical confidence and a people-centered leadership style—someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving how work gets done, and ensuring clients receive consistently excellent service.As Team Lead - Defined Contribution Plans, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the DC administration function operates day to day. You’ll provide direction and support to a group of Plan Administrators, balance workloads, and help the team navigate complex plan matters. At the same time, you’ll stay connected to the work by managing a select group of plans yourself.
