Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Collision Estimator at Curry's Collision Center in Griffin, GA. The Collision Estimator will be responsible for conducting detailed assessments of vehicle damages, preparing accurate repair estimates, communicating with customers regarding repair needs, and working closely with insurance companies to ensure approvals. They will also monitor the repair process and keep accurate records, ensuring work is completed to high standards and within expected timelines. Qualifications Experience with estimating and assessing vehicle damage and knowledge of industry-standard repair processesProficiency in using estimating software and toolsStrong communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with clients and insurance providersAbility to multi-task, maintain detailed records, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of vehicle systems and repair techniquesHigh attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality resultsPrevious experience in the collision repair industry is highly preferredASE or I-CAR certification is a strong advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive-related training or education is a plus
