Young Professional – IT Recruiter at BairesDev This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in talent acquisition within a global tech company, where you'll support end-to-end recruitment processes and develop your sourcing and interviewing skills alongside experienced recruiters. ResponsibilitiesSupport the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline. Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles and interest. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties. Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, keeping data accurate and up to date. Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine search strategies. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field — or currently pursuing one. Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in English.
