Ground up projects ($10M-$85M) in the industrial, healthcare, and educational sectors.This is a growing mid sized GC that offers long term stability, a diverse project portfolio, strong reputation + repeat clients, and career growth opportunities without a large corporate feel. Let's connect if this aligns with expectations!Key Responsibilities:Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutServe as the main point of contact between owners, architects, and subcontractorsManage project schedules, budgets, and contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryOversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, and change managementEnforce site safety standards in coordination with field leadershipConduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and documentation reviewsSupport value engineering, scope review, and constructability assessmentsCollaborate closely with superintendents, estimators, and leadership teamsRequirements:Minimum 8 years of experience functioning as a Project Manager on projects ranging from $10M and over in valueBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related Engineering disciplineQualifications:Must have the ability to effectively organize own schedule to ensure timely completion of projectsStrong attention to detail with the ability to perform work accurately and thoroughlyAbility to identify and ensure project safetyMust be able to multi-task several projects simultaneously while managing budgets and difficult deadlinesAbility to meet the owners' needs while following company proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIf interested please apply or send a resume to avanaelst@irisrecruiting.com
