Job Description Drywall Finisher & Paint TechnicianNorth Canton, OH 44720Employment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $27–$33/hr. + Benefits THE ROLE:We are looking for a skilled Drywall & Paint Technician to join our restoration team. Unlike standard new construction, our work focuses on restoring homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition following water, fire, or mold damage. You are the "finishing touch " that makes a disaster disappear for our clients KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Drywall Repair: Expertly hang, tape, mud, and sand drywall patches and full sheetsTexturing: Match existing wall textures (orange peel, knockdown, popcorn, or smooth) seamlesslyProfessional Painting: Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting, including trim, baseboards, and cabinetrySurface Prep: Clean, sand, prime, and mask areas to ensure a professional finish and protect client propertyColor Matching: Use tools and expertise to match existing paint colors and finishesDemolition Support: Assist with minor "controlled demolition " or flood cuts during the mitigation phase when neededDocumentation: Maintain clean job sites and document progress via mobile apps WHAT YOU BRING:Experience: At least 2-3+ years in professional drywall finishing and professional painting. Restoration experience is a plusEye for Detail: The ability to make a repair invisible.
