The ideal candidate will have significant experience in labor and employment law, defense litigation, and general liability. This position requires a proactive approach to legal challenges and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse caseload including labor and employment, defense litigation, and general liability matters.Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various legal proceedings.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective legal solutions.Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal staff.Stay updated on legal developments and trends within the relevant practice areas.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California Bar.Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment law and defense litigation.Strong knowledge of general liability law.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.BenefitsMedical, dental, visionRemote401kPTO
