Displaying a positive attitude with having knowledge about the food and beverage menu will ensure member/guest satisfaction and retention.Responsibilities:Help maintain the culture and positive vibe of the brand experiences while serving guestsSet up tables before service with appropriate utensils and napkins, and bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trashAssist in placing the appropriate tableware guests need to enjoy their mealMaster memorizing the menu and recommending appetizers, meals, and drinksDeliver food orders to guests quickly and accuratelyCheck in with guests to ensure their experience is satisfactoryDeliver a memorable dining experience by resolving all guest issues promptly and professionallyAdhere to all health and safety regulationsPromptly clear, clean, and reset tables between courses and after guest departureRefill water glasses and assist with beverage service as neededEnsure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stationsAssist servers with running food, delivering bread, setting tableware, etc.Monitor guest needs discreetly and anticipate requests without interrupting the dining experienceMaintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all timesSupport the flow of service during busy periods and special eventsCommunicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfactionOther duties, responsibilities, and requirements may be assigned as necessaryQualifications:Must be 18 years or olderPrior experience in restaurant preferredFood Handler's CertificationTABC CertificationWork varied shifts, to include weekends and holidayAbility to adhere to all company policies and the code of conductAttention to detailsExemplary time and resource management including good attendanceAbility to maintain peak performance during high stress situationsWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits package, including a free medical plan with customizable options available to employees after meeting initial eligibility requirements.PTO becomes available to employees after meeting initial eligibility requirements.401k with company matchingFree basic life insuranceEmployee assistance and wellness program
