The successful candidate will leverage Elemental's existing customer base, marketing investments, technology platforms, and operational infrastructure while bringing their own network and customer long-term customer relationships.Position SummaryThe Residential Service & Growth Manager will be responsible for growing residential service revenue, developing customer relationships, supporting service operations, driving recurring revenue initiatives, and helping establish the systems and processes necessary to scale the division.This position is ideal for a licensed Residential Wireman who enjoys working directly with customers, building referral networks, developing business opportunities, and helping grow a company.Schedule RequirementsResidential service demand is highest during evenings and weekends.The successful candidate must be available to work:Required DaysFridaySaturdaySundayA flexible workweek will be structured around these required operating days.Examples may
