You will:Make collection calls for past due accounts and support resolution of outstanding balancesProcess credit applications for new and existing customersSet up new customer accounts and Cash on Delivery (COD) accountsMaintain and organize tax exempt certificatesPost Peterbilt and PACCAR warranty transactionsAccept and process credit card paymentsCalculate, post, and verify financial data including invoices, account statements, and paymentsPost transactions using the appropriate general ledger accountsAssist with PACCAR and Fleet Charge postingsMaintain accurate and organized account recordsPerform additional duties as assigned, including overtime when necessaryAdhere to all health and safety policies to support a safe work environmentWhat You BringEducation & Experience:Associate's degree or equivalent required. On-the-job training and computer software training provided.Certificates & Licenses:Valid Driver's License required for inter-company travel; must meet company insurability standardsPhysical Requirements:Regular sitting throughout the workday. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
