Under HCS, the Business Systems Analyst position in Bethlehem, PA supports Miller-Keystone Blood Center and HCSC Linen Services by delivering exceptional support to end users across the organization, both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while traveling to branch locations as needed. What you will be doing:
Provide end-user support via helpdesk, remote, and on-site assistance within defined SLAs.
Coordinate with internal and external resources to manage regulated and non-regulated application upgrades, configuration changes, problem investigations and corrective/preventive actions
Gather requirements, facilitate meetings, and complete validations for application configuration changes and software version
Regular support for Quality Management Systems, Blood Establishment Computer Systems, CRM, ERP and other operational systems
Assist with management of SharePoint Intranet and other portals
Maintain accurate documentation of systems and interfaces
Create end user training documentation as needed
Collaborate with the data analytics team to analyze trends and drive solution implementation
What you will bring to the role:
1-3 years of application support, systems analysis and integrations, preferably in a GxP or healthcare environment.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field required.
Working knowledge of databases/data structures and query languages (e.g SQL).
Familiarity with AI is preferred
Proficiency in managing and resolving requests using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk).
Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.
Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills.
Additional information:
Agile/Project Management certifications are preferred.
Ability to lift and carry between 50-75lbs
This position reports to the Manager of Information Systems and will be based out of Bethlehem, PA location. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:
The potential start time is 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Flexibility to travel locally between branches if needed.
This position requires a valid driver's license, clear driving record, and reliable transportation.
This position is not eligible for relocation
