Industry: Energy (Fuel, LP Gas, Service Work) Pay: $20 - $24 per hour (based on experience) Status: Full-Time / Hourly Position Overview Southern FS Inc. is hiring a multi-skilled Energy Team Member for our Dexter, MO location. This is a hybrid, hands-on role combining fuel transport, propane delivery, and energy service work. Key Responsibilities Fuel & Transport Deliveries: Deliver bulk petroleum products safely and efficiently Load/unload transport and bobtail trucks Stick tanks before/after delivery Complete tickets, BOLs, inspections, and DOT logs Maintain truck and perform routine maintenance Propane (LP) Delivery & Customer Service: Deliver propane to residential, agricultural, and commercial customers Perform leak checks and verify tank safety Monitor tank conditions and report safety concerns Maintain efficient delivery routes Communicate with customers and maintain records Energy Service & Installation Work: Install and service propane systems, tanks, and regulators Perform repairs and maintenance Deliver lubricants and additional energy products Handle service calls and customer concerns Sales & Growth Support: Promote propane, fuel, and energy services Identify opportunities to grow accounts Requirements CDL (Class A or B) Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements required Strong work ethic and communication skills Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and work outdoors Must pass background check and drug screen Why Join Us $20-$24/hour Steady work Variety of responsibilities Opportunity to grow skills Apply Today If you're looking for a hands-on role in Dexter, MO with solid pay and variety, apply today.
