This role develops data driven insights, implements new systems, and creates scalable workflows to support future expansion while optimizing incentive analysis and strategies that maximize revenue and operating profit. The role also supervises and supports team members, oversees vehicle ordering processes, and partners cross functionally to improve operational efficiency and customer experience, balancing tactical execution with long term strategic planning.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESStrategy and AnalyticsLead analysis of fleet and retail sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisionsLead analysis of fleet wholesale residual value trends for AHM and competitor products to support pricing strategiesSupport incentive strategy and product mix planningDevelop sales forecasts, incentive strategies, and performance dashboardsManage special project pricing analysis for acquisition, logistics, and de-fleeting activitiesProcess Improvement and SystemsLead process documentation and standardization to support scalability• Partner with IT and business teams to implement CRM, Order Management Systems, and automation toolsDrive digital transformation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve efficiencyDevelop procedures for order acquisition, vehicle user assignment, and risk management processesCross Functional CollaborationPartner with Service, Sales, and Operations teams on recall and warranty service level agreements and customer experience improvements• Participate in departmental projects and enterprise wide initiativesPartner with external committees to identify and manage depot locations for vehicle storage, staging, and maintenanceDevelop and manage inventory disposition and sales plansPartner with Sales and seihan planning to support fleet order acquisition, delivery, and de-fleeting timelinesTeam Leadership and DevelopmentSupervise and support team members in daily responsibilities• Ensure alignment with departmental goals and timelinesPromote a culture of continuous learning and process improvementLead fleet special project activitiesReporting and Insights* Build and maintain dashboards to support leadership visibility• Prepare and present operational and strategic reports to management* Coordinate telematics utilization to track fleet vehicle usage and mitigate lossMarketing and Communication* Oversee fleet marketing initiatives including promotional materials, dealer communications, events, and website updates• Ensure consistent messaging aligned with business objectivesQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLSMinimum Educational Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Accounting, or Marketing• MBA or Master's degree with emphasis in Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or Data Analytics preferredMinimum ExperienceEight years of experience in analytics or process improvement, automotive industry preferred• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including Excel and Power BIExperience with CRM and OMS systems and process automation preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentOther Job Specific SkillsExperience leading cross functional and collaborative teams• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilitiesStatistical modeling and forecasting experiencePDCA training and implementation experienceHigh attention to detail, self motivation, and follow throughProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointWORKING CONDITIONSAbility to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
