N Charleston)1 - Rock Hill (1157 Herrons Ferry Rd., Rock Hill)They would sit on-site at these locations, not remote. The only location that may differ eventually is maybe Piedmont, if we have no place for them to sit.I am thinking this may be 3 months, but I am unsure the exact timeline, as we have some increased goals budgeted for the new fiscal year we are working towards.I really would love some folks someone who are hungry to hop in quickly. Or any need to IV on-site with anyone else (for the other locations) - Me! They would still report to me, even from these different locations. They would train here in Piedmont for probably 2-3 days. What types of roles would they primarily be recruiting? DSTs, Couriers, Biologics Processing, etc Pay range? Or is this flexible? - Same rate is previous staff, $25 absolute max based on experience Hours – 8-5? Depending if they want an hour or half hour lunch break, 8-8:30-5. Is this the same as the role we’ve been working:Focused on initial prescreens and setting interviews? Or full cycle? Same role, prescreens and booking interviews Recruitment experience in healthcare or manufacturing preferred, but mostly just need some experience and able to start quickly Comfortable with high volume recruitment, 40 interviews weekly and however many prescreens it takes to get there Simply prescreening and booking interviews, no onboardingVERY professional, excited and outgoing personalityHas a hard work mentality $20-$25 depending on experience in the industry.
