Role: Software developerWe are seeking a "Austin" candidate or 1 hour max from Austin TX candidateAll,Do not forget the form, if you forget the form then the candidate will NOT be considered.Do not send candidate with a "border around the resume" remember we met and discussed this and 1 page of straight bulleted points NO!Let me know if you want to submit candidate forward ok? 1 only !Austin Texas local and Government or STATE experience will go ASAP TO CLIENT, call me if your consultant has this it will go immediatelyRate $60C2C is okOn Site 100% 5 days a weekStart date is quick 8/3/26 very quick for the state of texas movement(no skill hub) zoom only, I.D. must be present during zoom and shown and must match hard copy that was emailed to you, I will check this lots of game playing going on lately with no DL or expired or lost I.D. and lately 2 people had fake I.D.'s totally different birthdates on them and everything • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. • Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytics solutions. • Integrating and validating data from multiple enterprise systems and databases. • Developing workflow metrics, KPIs, scorecards, and performance-monitoring dashboards. • Optimizing dashboard performance, data quality, and user experience. • Troubleshooting and resolving reporting and data visualization issues. • Creating technical and user documentation and providing knowledge transfer to DPS personnel. • Supporting ongoing enhancements, maintenance activities, and business intelligence initiatives as directed by DPS.MUST HAVE8 Required Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in an enterpriseenvironment.8 Required Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud, including dashboard design, data modeling, calculations, andperformance optimization.8 Required Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.8 Required Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical reporting and analytics solutions.8 Required Experience integrating and validating data from multiple data sources, including enterprise systems and data warehouses.8 Required Knowledge of data visualization best practices, KPI development, and business intelligence reporting standards.8 Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and quality assurance.8 Required Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work in a collaborative team environment.PREFERRED1 Preferred Experience in regulated or government environments1 Preferred Experience supporting workflow analysis, process improvement, and operational reporting
